If you're eagerly awaiting the Windows 11 24H2 update, the good news is that Microsoft has officially confirmed the release date. Starting on Tuesday, September 24th, you’ll be able to get your hands on the latest version of Windows through various methods, including an ISO file download.

In a surprising and much-welcomed move, Microsoft has brought back the "Never Combine Taskbar Buttons" feature to regular Windows 11 users with the release of the 2023-10 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 (KB5031354). This update has been long-awaited by users who were accustomed to the feature's functionality in earlier Windows versions, and it marks another step in Microsoft's ongoing efforts to refine and enhance the Windows 11 experience.

The "Never Combine Taskbar Buttons" feature is not entirely new to the Windows. It was a staple in earlier Windows versions, allowing users to keep individual taskbar buttons for each open application or window, even when multiple instances of the same program were running. This feature made it easier for users to quickly switch between open windows, as they could simply click on the program's icon in the taskbar, and it would display a list of all open windows associated with that program.

Today, I will show you the easiest way to install an Android .apk file on Windows 11 without using an emulator.

You will need the Windows Subsystem for Android™ installed for this method to work. If you don't have it installed, check out my previous tutorial where I demonstrate a quick way to install it, even if it says that your device is not supported.

Open Windows Subsystem for Android™ and enable Developer mode.

Download WSA pacman installer from github and install it:

Allow ADB debugging and double click the apk file you want to install.

Open Start and type "Region settings", this will open Settings window.

Change your region to United States (you can change it back later).

Restart the app store.

Head to official Microsoft App store web page of Windows Subsystem for Android™ and click on the "Get in Store app" button which will open the app store.
